Shipping policy

We understand quick shipping is important to you, so we aim to get orders delivered within 7 days, but more often than not, your order will get to you sooner!

We aim to process and dispatch your order the next day, and a tracking number will be emailed to you upon dispatch.

Shipping rates and charges

All products include FREE shipping, but if you need your order quicker, we have included express shipping options that can be selected at checkout.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at contact@headwind-designs.com with your name and order number, and we will do our best to get it resolved as quickly as possible.
